Maritime education is characterized by a high level of discipline, strict hierarchy, and the integration of technical skills with strong work ethics and character formation. However, cadets come from diverse cultural backgrounds, carrying values, norms, and social behaviors rooted in their communities. Cultural aspects such as collectivism, attitudes toward authority, and communal responsibility influence their perceptions of institutional rules and discipline. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Malahayati Maritime Polytechnic in Aceh, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the interaction between cultural values and maritime discipline leads to dynamics of adaptation, resistance, and synthesis that form a new habitus. Cadets from collectivist cultures tend to adapt more easily to the hierarchical structure and teamwork, while those from more egalitarian backgrounds are often more critical of authority. Nonetheless, through continuous exposure, practical field experience, and mentorship, most cadets gradually internalize the values of maritime discipline without losing their cultural identity. This study highlights the importance of culturally sensitive curricula and inclusive guidance strategies. The approach was applied to connect mathematical concepts with local cultural contexts, making the learning experience more meaningful. This research employed a <strong>descriptive qualitative method</strong> involving 25 students from Grade XI as participants. Data were collected through observation, unstructured interviews, written tests, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using <strong>source triangulation</strong>. The results showed that the implementation of CRT increased students’ motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding. The use of local cultural contexts—such as the making of baju cele (traditional Ambonese attire), papeda (sago porridge), and sagu tumbu (a traditional Maluku snack)—helped students grasp the concept of composition of functions in a more concrete and relevant way. However, challenges remained, including teachers’ difficulties in linking mathematical concepts to local culture and time constraints during implementation. The research was conducted through comprehensive observation of lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation by the teacher. The results show that the questions used cover cognitive levels L4 to L6 based on the revised Bloom’s taxonomy. The questions were designed following the PISA assessment model, including complex multiple-choice and extended response formats to promote higher-order thinking. Evaluation was conducted holistically, encompassing cognitive, skills, and students’ spiritual and social attitudes. The teacher also assessed the learning process by observing students working individually and in groups. When students faced difficulties in understanding the questions, the teacher provided scaffolding to support independent thinking. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes freedom of thought, project-based learning, and the development of critical and collaborative thinking skills, but its implementation still faces obstacles at the secondary school level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of one biology teacher and ten students of class X. Data were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively with percentage support to describe the level of resistance based on four main indicators: learning process, teaching materials, assessment, and curriculum information. The results of the study show that teachers' obstacles in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum are relatively low with an average of 18.6%, especially in terms of time management, limited laboratory facilities, and limited digital learning resources. In contrast, internal student factors such as interest, motivation, readiness, and attention had an average of 67.17%, while external factors included family, school environment, and community support at 55.5%. These findings indicate that the success of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum depends on the pedagogical readiness of teachers, the availability of learning facilities, and the support of a conducive learning environment. The purpose of this research is to develop Android-based learning media on photography basics material to increase interest and learning effectiveness. The method used is research and development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of media expert validation of 96.67% and material experts of 93.75%, indicating the media is classified as very feasible. Student responses to the media were also very positive, with an average of 88% in the small-scale test and 83.67% on a wide scale. The increase in learning interest can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results, both in the experimental and control classes. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.003, which means the media is effective to use. The effectiveness test result of 0.773 is in the medium category. This media is proven to be able to increase students' interest in learning. The research problem arose from low student achievement due to the dominance of verbal methods and limited media variation. A quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design was employed. The sample consisted of 22 students, with multiple-choice tests administered before and after learning using diorama media. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes, with the average score rising from 47.27 (pretest) to 84.55 (posttest). Students in the high category reached 50%, medium 45.45%, and low 4.55%. The t-test confirmed a significant effect of diorama media. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved students and classroom teachers as subjects, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and validated using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal four main types of difficulties: (1) conceptual difficulties in understanding addition as a process of combining numbers; (2) procedural difficulties, particularly in column addition with carrying; (3) difficulty recalling basic addition facts, indicated by reliance on finger counting; and (4) difficulty solving word problems due to inability to link problem contexts with appropriate operations. Contributing factors include internal aspects such as anxiety, low motivation, and lack of confidence, as well as external aspects like monotonous teaching methods, limited media use, and insufficient parental support. The research background highlights students’ difficulties in understanding the concept of time, despite mathematics being a core subject for developing logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The findings reveal that the time board significantly enhanced students’ focus, motivation, and active participation during learning activities. Students demonstrated improved skills in reading the clock, distinguishing between the hour and minute hands, and solving word problems related to time. Evaluation data also indicated better learning outcomes compared to before the implementation of the medium. This study aims to develop a QR-Code-based card game learning media to foster students' learning interest. The research employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach using the ADDIE model. The participants were 32 eighth-grade students from a public junior high school in Malang. The media was validated by content and media experts, and tested through classroom implementation. Learning interest was measured using a questionnaire based on four indicators: interest, engagement, enjoyment, and attention. The instrument was validated through a validity test (r count &gt; 0.349) and a reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha (α = 0.957), indicating that the questionnaire was both valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that the media was categorized as “Feasible” (74.73%) and students’ learning interest increased to the “High” category (78.57%). The method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles involving 20 students from class VIII-10. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and tests, then analyzed using a descriptive comparative approach. The findings revealed that the students’ average score in the pre-cycle was 69 with a mastery percentage of 50%. After implementing Quizizz, students’ achievement improved in Cycle I with an average score of 78.75 and a mastery rate of 70%, and further increased in Cycle II with an average of 88.1 and 100% mastery. The research was motivated by low writing skills, reflected in difficulties forming letters, slow writing speed, and frequent errors in the use of capital and lowercase letters. A descriptive qualitative method was employed with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were selected using purposive sampling. The findings revealed three main types of writing difficulties: forming letters, writing at appropriate speed, and inaccurate use of capital and lowercase letters. The causes stemmed from internal factors, including weak physical condition, underdeveloped fine motor skills, low motivation and interest, and individual talent differences; and external factors such as limited family support, teacher’s instructional methods, school environment, and the influence of social media. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran digital berupa website bertema flora guna meningkatkan literasi lingkungan sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuali yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Bendo, Kota Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, observasi, dan wawancara terhadap siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan memerlukan media yang interaktif, visual, serta kontekstual. Rata-rata kebutuhan terhadap media digital berbasis flora mencapai 80%–84,75%, sedangkan kesulitan belajar dengan metode konvensional masih tinggi. Website yang diusulkan, yaitu Flora Fakta, dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis QR Code yang menyajikan informasi flora lokal secara visual dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini memperkuat urgensi integrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran lingkungan hidup di sekolah dasar sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis dan keterlibatan belajar siswa.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><em>The issue of low environmental literacy among elementary school students underlies this study. The main objective is to analyze students’ needs for the development of a digital learning medium in the form of a flora-themed website to enhance environmental literacy from an early age. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and interviews with students and teachers. This study aims to develop CyberBoard, an educational board game designed to enhance eighth-grade students' understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts. The research was conducted following the initial stages of the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method, employing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as the approach for designing and implementing the learning media. The results showed an improvement in students’ average scores from 68.81 (pretest) to 84.52 (posttest). The normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed (p &gt; 0.05), and the N-Gain test resulted in a score of 0.6818 or 68.18%, which falls into the "moderately effective" category. The research is based on the importance of reading skills as a fundamental foundation for students’ academic success in elementary school. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to capture the real conditions in the field. The findings reveal two main influencing factors: internal and external. Internal factors include low intelligence, lack of learning motivation, and limited reading interest. External factors consist of conventional teaching methods, insufficient parental support, limited learning facilities, and an unconducive learning environment. Literacy inequality remains a serious problem at the elementary school level, primarily due to differences in learning motivation, access to reading materials, and support from the learning environment. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach and collected data through semi-structured interviews with teachers and observations of classroom learning processes. The study findings revealed that the main strategy implemented by teachers was providing rewards, such as praise, stickers, and positions as "Reading Leaders" for students who showed progress or active engagement in reading activities. This method proved effective in increasing student motivation and interest, as well as building a supportive and collaborative classroom atmosphere. The data obtained showed a very significant decrease in the number of students with low literacy levels from 42% to 19%, as well as an increase in the number of students with medium and high literacy levels. The conclusion of this study is that a reward-based classroom management method can significantly reduce literacy inequality among students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the reading process occurs gradually, starting from letter recognition to reading simple sentences. Students demonstrated varied abilities in recognizing letters, pronouncing sounds, and understanding the meaning of words or sentences. Their responses to flashcard use were positive, reflected in attention, interest, and active participation. Zoom meetings have become one of the platforms that is widely used during the pandemic until now. The results of observations made by researchers in class VII A at MTs Nurul Hikam show that there are situations that require teachers to use Zoom Meetings so that the learning process continues to run effectively, for example when teachers are attending assignments outside the city. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of using zoom meetings in the informatics learning process in class VII A MTs Nurul Hikam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation of teachers and students who are actively involved. The research results show that zoom meetings facilitate quite effective learning interactions even though there are technical obstacles, such as unstable internet connections. The share screen, chat and video call features are considered capable of increasing student involvement in the learning process. The research method was carried out through several stages, namely preparation, data collection, analysis, and drawing conclusions. The research subjects were ten students from a private university in Indonesia who were asked to solve a contextual mathematics problem within 30 minutes, specifically on definite integrals to determine the area bounded by two curves. Based on their work, one student was selected as the main subject to be analyzed using a commognitive approach and interviewed in depth to obtain more detailed information. The results of the study showed that the subject was able to translate the problem statements into mathematical form accurately. The subject was also able to use mathematical terms and symbols correctly (words use), illustrate the given conditions into graphs appropriately (visual mediators), and apply problem-solving steps systematically based on prior knowledge (routines). In addition, the subject was able to draw correct conclusions supported by valid mathematical arguments. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that students are capable of solving contextual mathematics problems successfully. The study focused on motivation indicators, including enthusiasm, persistence, active participation, initiative, response to rewards, focus, and achievement orientation. The findings revealed that students’ motivation was in the moderate category, characterized by fluctuating enthusiasm, inconsistent persistence, and limited active participation. Independent learning initiative was relatively low, although positive responses to rewards, focus, and achievement goals were evident in some students. Motivation increased when teachers applied concrete media, varied methods, and engaging learning approaches. The background of this research lies in the fact that many students still struggle to connect abstract mathematical concepts with their practical applications in everyday life. PBL was chosen because it positions students as active learners involved in analyzing and solving real-world problems, while visual media serves as a tool to concretize abstract concepts, making them easier to understand. The research method employed was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes of eighth-grade students (32 students each), selected through purposive sampling. The experimental class received instruction using the PBL model assisted by visual media, while the control class was taught using conventional methods. The research instrument was a mathematical problem-solving test in the form of essay questions based on Polya’s four problem-solving stages. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and independent t-tests. The findings revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group achieved a higher posttest mean score (81.6) compared to the control group (70.3), with average N-Gain scores of 0.65 (medium-high category) and 0.42 (medium category), respectively. The independent t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, indicating a positive and significant effect of implementing PBL with visual media on students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities. The background of this study is based on the importance of mastering service techniques as a basic skill in tennis that plays a major role in scoring points in a match. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey technique. The research population consisted of 20 athletes, with a sample of 12 junior athletes (8 boys and 4 girls) aged 10–14 years selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was the Hewitt tennis test, which consisted of 10 service skill trials assessed based on ball placement accuracy. Data analysis used descriptive percentage statistics. The results showed that the average service ability of the athletes was 40% with a median of 40.5, a mode of 41, a minimum value of 37, a maximum value of 43, and a standard deviation of 2.88. A total of 67% of athletes were in the high category (Grade B), while the other 33% were in the medium category (Grade C). The conclusion of this study is that the service ability of junior athletes at the Manonjaya Tennis Club is relatively good, although there are still athletes who need further training. Peningkatan kualitas ASN menjadi kunci vital dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif dan pelayanan publik yang prima. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai konsep, temuan empiris, dan kerangka kebijakan terkait pelaksanaan Diklat, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan tantangan implementasi yang sering dihadapi di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Fokus utama kajian adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana program Diklat yang ada mampu menjawab kebutuhan spesifik daerah serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kompetensi manajerial dan teknis ASN. Kajian literatur mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan Diklat di daerah masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan signifikan, meliputi kurangnya relevansi materi Diklat dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi spesifik ASN di daerah, keterbatasan anggaran, serta perencanaan dan evaluasi program yang belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh. Permasalahan ini berdampak langsung pada kualitas pelayanan publik, yang sering dicirikan oleh inefisiensi, lambatnya inovasi, dan kurangnya responsivitas terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, berbagai studi juga menegaskan bahwa Diklat yang terencana baik dan berkesinambungan terbukti mampu meningkatkan knowledge, skill, dan attitude ASN, yang pada gilirannya mendorong peningkatan kualitas hasil kerja dan etos profesionalisme. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan rekomendasi strategis untuk perbaikan kebijakan dan praktik Diklat di birokrasi daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&amp;D dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Produk yang dihasilkan meliputi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), serta instrumen evaluasi yang dirancang sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik dan kurikulum yang berlaku. Subjek penelitian mencakup guru dan siswa Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Jayapura, sementara pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tes, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran memperoleh tingkat validitas sebesar 82,38 (kategori sangat valid) menurut para ahli, tingkat kepraktisan 89,43 (sangat praktis) berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa, serta efektivitas dengan 86,21% siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi budaya lokal ke dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, keterlibatan, serta motivasi siswa. Selain itu, penerapan model pembelajaran TTW turut mendorong keterampilan berpikir kritis, kemampuan berdiskusi, dan keteraturan dalam menuliskan ide matematis. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika Papua, khususnya melalui konteks rumah Honai, layak digunakan pada pembelajaran matematika di Madrasah Aliyah. Tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan hasil belajar, perangkat ini juga berfungsi dalam pelestarian budaya, penguatan identitas lokal, serta pencapaian tujuan pendidikan kontekstual. Dengan demikian, etnomatematika dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya. Masa anak-anak merupakan awal dari pembentukan perilaku, oleh sebab itu diharapkan ibu dapat mendidik anaknya untuk berperilaku yang benar memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan peran ibu dalam pemeliharaan Kesehatan gigi dengan kejadian karies pada anak pra sekolah. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 60 responden dengan rincian 30 ibu dan 30 anak TK. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan pemeriksaan karies. Analisa data menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memiliki perilaku sedang 10 responden (27%), dan kriteria karies gigi sedang dengan jumlah 12 responden (40%). Studi ini menjelaskan metode lain untuk menghilangkan nitrogen anorganik menggunakan populasi bakteri heterotrofik yang ditambah dengan penambahan zat karbon, molase, untuk meningkatkan rasio umpan C:N di bawah kondisi laboratorium. Tujuan utama studi laboratorium adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi tingkat rasio C:N dengan kadar amonia, nitrit, oksigen terlarut, pH dan pertumbuhan udang dalam budidaya udang Penaeus monodon dengan Zero Water Exchange Model (ZWEM) menggunakan molase sebagai sumber karbon. Ditemukan bahwa penambahan tetes tebu pada tambak udang dengan ZWEM berperan dalam menghilangkan amonia dan nitrit. Selain itu, pemberian molase pada tangki laboratorium meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan persentase pertambahan berat udang serta meningkatkan populasi bakteri heterotrof. Avnimelecch, 1999 melaporkan bahwa pertumbuhan ikan di kolam yang diberi perlakuan dengan rasio C : N =16,6 : 1 secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada ikan yang dibudidayakan di kolam yang diberi perlakuan dengan rasio C : N 11,1 : 1.
